way i just want to02:34kind of point this out02:35you know binance is is such a big02:38exchange right02:39and now they’re their own blockchain02:41well now kucoin02:42is such a big exchange and now they’re02:44on block i just there’s some02:45similarities there you catch my drift so02:47you’re in02:48early one out of four it’s right here i02:51didn’t just make it up02:52okay guys so you want to make sure that02:55you have a cue coin account now i’m02:56gonna get me off the screen because you02:58really need to pay attention i want you02:59to see everything i don’t want to ethereum03:52on coinbase and it’s gonna give you this03:55uh03:56address i’m gonna go ahead and copy that03:57address i’m gonna go back over to03:59coinbase04:00and i have some money set aside here in04:02coinbase just04:03for that so what you want to do is click04:06send and receive and what we’re going to04:10be doing04:10is the first thing i’m going to do is04:12i’m just going to select04:14all i want to send everything and i’m04:16going to04:17paste that address that i copied right04:20into the two address04:21okay because it’s an ethereum address04:23over at kucoin04:24i can see that i have the ethereum04:26network clicked make sure04:28that it is matching what you have in04:31your04:32uh wherever you’re sending it from04:33whether it be coinbase or something else04:36i’m gonna then click continue04:39and i’m gonna go ahead and send now04:43now i have a two-step verification04:45process which you should have just to04:47protect yourself04:48so let me go ahead and put in my code04:51real quick04:53all right05:00very nice05:05now we’ll take a second for that to go05:07through about 10 minutes for that to05:09actually go through so05:10we’re gonna wait for that to show up and05:13that will show up05:14right over in our main05:18account so when you click on main05:19account in here it’ll show up right in05:21here okay and i have05:23hide small balances on because if i05:25don’t have that on it just has05:26everything i just want to see what i05:27have okay05:28so we’ll just wait here in fact while we05:31wait for that what we can do is go up to05:34our metamask account05:36and we’re going to open that up if you05:37don’t have metamask it’s a google chrome05:39extension you can search it on google05:42download it as an extension05:44and i’ll be very transparent here with05:46everything that i do so you guys can see05:47it05:48fully and up close and personal so what05:50we’re going to do05:51is we are going to make sure that we05:54have05:54installed into our metamask account the05:57kucoin community chain main net much05:59like you would have06:00your uh matic mainnet or phantom opera06:03mainnet or binance mainnet06:05so you’re if you have never added one of06:07these before the easiest way to do it06:09there will be a link in the description06:11and you’ll go over to chainlist.org and06:14what you really should do if you don’t06:16have uh binance or any of the other06:19networks in here where we’re gonna do06:21big things on you should add them06:23definitely all the ones that i showed on06:24my screen06:25but you’re gonna type in kcs and you are06:28going to download or you’re going to add06:30to your metamask06:31the kucoin community chain and the one06:34that you want to add is actually the kcs06:37one right here06:38i don’t know the difference i’ll be very06:40honest with you i’m not really sure but06:41just add this one right here06:43because i know that definitely works now06:46once you have that added you want to06:48just simply06:49uh open your meta mask up and switch to06:52that smart chain06:53uh right there that uh community chain06:55excuse me right there06:57okay so that took about five minutes for06:59it to show up not even07:00and we have it here the funds showing up07:04in our kucoin account07:05now the first thing we want to do after07:08making sure that it’s here07:10is we want to go ahead and we want to uh07:13go to07:14our main account make sure you’re in07:15your main account and you’re going to go07:17to transfer over here07:18okay and when you click transfer what07:21you want to do is you want to transfer07:22it to your trading account this is free07:25does not charge you anything it just07:27makes it to where now my ethereum is07:30set up to trade so that i can now07:33go purchase the kucoin the native07:36you know token the governance token here07:38that we’re trying to get into so that we07:40can go purchase couswap07:42okay so head over to your trading07:44account after you’re done with that by07:45clicking trading account07:46right up here and it should show up07:50here and i know you don’t see it there07:52but it’s in here so let’s go ahead and07:53refresh07:54and it should show up any second come on07:58and so the next step is to click on the08:01trade08:03tab right up here go to spot trading08:07and i’m pretty sure it will just have08:10your pair08:11with kcs which is the governance token08:14for kucoin08:15if it doesn’t you can search for it in08:17here08:18and you’ll find this pair you want to08:20get to08:21the kcs pair and now08:24at the bottom right i want you to notice08:26that i have the buy08:28and the cell symbols you won’t have that08:30right away you’ll have to unlock that08:32feature08:33so if you’ve unlocked that feature by08:35putting in security08:36measures uh then you will see that okay08:38once you have that there08:40you can do a limit a market uh order08:42whatever your08:43uh you know whatever you’d like i’m just08:46going to do a market order08:47this is just going to get me whatever08:48the price is right now08:50is what i want in at i’m that allows it to12:21see what’s inside of your metamask12:22wallet so that it knows you have kcs12:25in order for you to actually come in12:27here and and do swaps12:29and remember you always want to leave a12:32little kcs12:33in your wallet notice i have a balance12:35of of one right12:37uh and i swapped out i had like 42.77 i12:41just i left12:42one kcs why do i leave that in there12:44because remember12:45this is the governance token this ku12:47swap coin right and so12:49so you got to leave a little for gas12:51that’s the fees that’s what it costs12:53you know it’s going to cost you to swap12:55it’s very very minuscule12:56in fact um whenever you’re you accrue a13:00fee13:00here’s the beauty it actually gives you13:03uh13:03those fees returned to you in coo swap13:08in that cool so now i can withdraw after13:10i do this swap i’ll go ahead and click13:11withdraw13:12and that’ll get me more that’ll give me13:14more coup swap tokens13:16believe it or not the fees come
